For sale is a 1991 W126 chassis Mercedes-Benz 560 SEL. The Mercedes flagship of its day and still a ridiculously plush way to travel. What a dream on the highway.
The paint is very nice, the colour is Bornite (only sold for two model years) and it is magnificent both in pictures and in person - very striking. The only blemishes on the exterior are the worn paint on the wheels and a dent on the rear trunk-lid.
The 'Brazil brown' leather interior has held up extremely nicely. Despite some wear on the driver's left bolster it shows very well and the rear footrests are in like-new condition.
Everything works! The seat memory, lights, wipers (including headlight wipers), windows (except the right rear), sunroof, cruise, reclining rear seats, seat heaters front and rear, power headrests, two tone horn, stereo/ CD changer,AC converted to R134a and working.
As you can see this car is loaded!

Mechanically this car was well taken care of, I am the second owner and bought it from the first owner who had it since new and garaged it on Vancouver Island through to 2015. No leaks, transmission shifts as it should, hydraulic suspension works as it should, and the engine is still silky.
