Salvage title due to front accident that affected the front grill and AC fan,new uninstalledAC fan replacement is in the trunk. Disclosures: rear windows not perfectly operating and may need to be serviced, some oil leaks, rear trunk has slight paint mismatch, front rims will touch/rub metal sometimes on hard turns I have been driving the car daily and the rub seems to slowing wearing out), odometerwas changed by aformer ownershould read approx 200k, presently reads about 152k and the speedo is not accuracte at higher speeds (shows going faster by 5+ mpg). All four tires are good, car strarts right up in the morning. Special 18' Mercedes chrome rims and good tires valued at $2000.

I purchased this car from an old Mercedes diesel fanaticfriend that is retiring and moving fromSan Diego Calif. to Idaho, he had many unique dieselcars and he did not keep his license tags current, thus I avoided theexess fees and did the South Dakota plates. Overall this is a very unique and great driving car, the motor was replaced seveal years ago and was very nicely cleaned and detailed when installed. I have provided disclosures with the intent that the next owner will be aware of what will be needed to the best of knowledge. Regarding the oil leaks I am not sure what is causing the oil leaks but recommend you have a mobile mechanic do a complete check of the car to your satisfaction, nevertheless I drive the car daily and have a oil drip pan in my driveway.

With some work this car is a good canidate for local car shows, its a real head turner and anyone who has owned or loves the w123 cars will be very impressed with this uniquecoupe. Engine photos to follow tomorrow. No smog certification for California. I have the completed and passedbrake and lamp inspection certificates.
