1972 Mercedes-Benz Other Additional Info:

1972 Mercedez Benz 280SE 4.5, I picked up this car as a project in MN. The car was garaged along with other six cars that were sold as part of a state. At the time of purchase I was told the car was parked along with the rest for the owner could not drive anymore. Interior is great no tears on seats or cracks on the dashboard, couple of missing buttons on the dash. Interior has all the original carpets, no rust in floor pans and roof upholstery has no tears, has all good trims and door wood and rubbers. Exterior; crack windshield, the car has all the chrome in very goo condition with very minor rust although the bumper supports may need to be replace along with some rust repair in the rocket panel on the side, some on the front fenders and the rear sides. This car has minor rust in some spots besides the mentioned, not a perfect exterior but I was quoted 3k for all the rust repairs with no paint. Couple of things the car came wit no key therefore I have not started and the steering wheel is lock so it would have to be either move with car dollies or flat bedded on to a transport truck, has no major leaks and the front calipers needed to be loosen to be moved. The car is currently in neutral and has no breaks since the brake lines were loosen to open up the calipers to be able to move it. More pictures can be provided upon request. "Car sold as is" with bill of sale. I have pick up a 62 Coupe, which I am working on therefore I can't afford to keep both at this time, the car comes with out the trailer but can be sold with the trailer for an additional $ 1700 with Texas paperwork to haul it away but trailer is not currently registered. Please be mindful this is a project which only requires body work as major expense and maintenance to get it running is not a running car but is a project that requires very little work if you are hands on. If you know about this cars you know what you are getting so no low ballers please, I rather keep the car park until I get to it instead of giving it away. So ask questions that I would be happy to answer what I can.
