1985 Mercedes-Benz 300-Series Additional Info:

This beautiful and rare 1985 Mercedes 300D Turbodiesel has incredibly low original miles (118,xxx) and it is in great condition mechanically and aesthetically. Garage kept, non smoker and very original except the radio which was updated to a more modern (Bluetooth/hands free) one. The paint has a beautiful deep gloss; it is very evident this car has spent it’s life in the garage. This is NOT a car that was just detailed, this is how this car was always kept from top to bottom, and you can eat off of any part of the car! (but yet this car holds a salvage title) Recent services are as follows: New water pump, thermostat, hoses, belts, flex disc, shifter bushings air conditioner service (Blows ice cold) and lots more I probably forgot to mention. All electrical options including power windows, power mirror, power sunroof power radio antenna with its two options all working properly. Also all vacuum door locks in proper working condition. The engine is very quiet for a Diesel engine (according to a Mercedes specialist) The rims look great (not faded or damaged like most cars this age have) tires and brakes are in very good condition, and I cannot think of anything off the top of my head that the car needs (but yet still holds a salvage title) The car has the better engine 5 cylinder turbocharged and not the underpowered 240D engine many of them have, nothing against them. Also, the MB TEX is in spectacular condition close to impeccable and shows no signs of wear, or even the slightest crack, seats still very firm and offer great support (Yet this car still holds a salvage title) The dash is in almost perfect condition with the usual crack by the passenger speaker. The carpet, headliner, door panels and even the material that covers the weather strips (which most cars don’t even have it anymore) are still intact. The suspension is very tight with no clunking noises this car is the exact opposite of the typical used car, and is truly in great shape (still holds a salvage title) I hate my time being wasted, and will not waste yours. This car runs strong, shifts smoothly with no slipping or excessively hard shifts, and is in great cosmetic condition. This is the needle in the haystack, a true “NO Disappointment car.
