1979 Mercedes-Benz 400-Series 6.9 Fuel-injected Additional Info:

Hello to all eBayers!I have been with eBay for several years and I want to keep my reputation here 100% positive. I am a private collector, who has endless passion for classic cars and trucks. 90% of the vehicles have been rented out to movies commercials or high-class parties. Right now, I’m liquidating my collection since I’m selling my warehouse. Are you an old vehicles connoisseur looking for classic/vintage vehicles without having to pay luxury prices? You are in the...right place! I know that magic feeling when the right quality meets the right price, so I sell my vehicles worldwide at the most reasonable prices. This vehicle has a clear ILLINOIS Title. If you need to get a CA title for this vehicle, I can help you with that for an additional fee.1979 MERCEDES BENZ 6.9 This Mercedes was originally the American version, but I converted it to European version with European hard-to-find bumpers, also with a front spoiler that goes on the bottom of the AMG spoiler. It’s a very unique looking car and gets lots of attention. It’s got great paint job, the Prime Time Body Shop did the work about 7 months ago. I was going to keep it but decided to sell it since I’m lowering my collection, so it is your chance to own this low mileage car!The vehicle comes with the original factory price sticker of $50,190. MechanicalThis car has only 59,855 actual miles.I bought this car from a collector. Back in the day this was a “banker’s hot-road”. There were approximately 1,800 of these sold in the US. It features a massive 6.9 fuel injection gasoline engine and has fully hydraulic suspension that allows the car to achieve an unbelievable ride. This Mercedes always starts with ease and runs great. I had my mechanic go over the car, so everything works fine. Since I had bought it from a collector, it has always been well-kept. It produces massive power and 4-wheel power disc brake system is excellent. The previous owner replaced the rear leveling valve (front valve is in good condition), all five accumulator balls, and one hydraulic hose. The hydraulic system works great with leverage on the dash. It goes up and down, so however you want the car to sit. The vacuum hoses have been replaced, no leaks. Central locking works fine. This engine is cool even in a 100 degrees weather, and runs great, the radiator is great, exhaust is great. Exterior The exterior is in great shape with fresh paint job. This car has never been in accidents. The engine bay is very complete and clean. A new windshield gasket has been installed. The car has always been garage-kept in rust-free condition.InteriorThe interior is full “tobacco brown” leather. It has a very minor hairline crack on the dash and one spot on the headliner on the driver’s side, but nothing serious; overall it looks great! Leather is in fantastic condition for its age. It has the original brown sisal floor mats. All gauges work as they should. AC blows ice-cold, all power windows and the sunroof work good. This is your chance to own this great classic! Please note, I want to make sure that you are absolutely satisfied with your purchase.
