1960 Mercedes-Benz 190-Series Additional Info:

This is a beautiful restoration project. Mechanically I've had professionals go through and replace the rear axle, drive train, suspension, brakes, etc. etc. What is left is largely cosmetic. It could use a new interior, which I had bid at $1,500. Paint is a bit dry but does look good when waxed. Need new floor boards welded in before new carpeting. These are easily available pans from a catalog. Some of the parts to get this old girl to this point took months of international searching. Has 2 flat tires right now- I've just sourced a lovely outfit in the carolinas who make reproductions of whitewall original size rubber for these. I'm a pilot and focusing more on the plane now....this project is taking up too much time.
