For your consideration a very exquisite and most sought out 1978 Mercedes- Benz 450sl with its unrestricted and most powerful V8 gas engine with automatic transmission. This car was previously owned by S. Truett Cathy (the founder of Chick -Fil -A)

A very nice two tops convertible, the soft top is black and in great shape as is the hard top. when I purchased the car I had new spark plugs put inn and a warm up regulator.

The car has 173,000 mile and the VIN number is 10700412045553 shown in picture. Very well pampered and with many new parts and services most of which I have but not all.

Very sturdy with no rust and very clean undercarriage, it has never seen salt, rain or snow and was only driven on nice sunny days was a TN and GA owned car. the undercarriage appears to have been weather coated.

Very sleek looking and very distinguished. Car runs, drives, shifts and handles well and can be a daily driver.

The things that I know do not work or need attention are: the air does not blow cold, the radio does not work, and the plastic locking lever on the driver side door in snapped off. there are two cracks in the dash (pictured) otherwise the car is in good shape. Power windows, automatic trans, wheels and rims look great comes with spare tire.
