1993 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class 600SL Additional Info:

1993 Mercedes-Benz 600SL. Perfect mechanically with prestine exterior and beautiful interior.
Has the original tool kit and spare tire.
In 2017 I had the scheduled 60K mile service preformed at the Mercedes Benz dealership. I told them to check the car over completely. I spent a total of $3,129.00. The car had 60,043 miles on it at the time of service. I have all the service records for this service and additional service records back to when the car was delivered to the first owner. All records will remain with the car.
The 2 photos of the car with the top down were taken during the 60K mile service. The top is Black and also in excellent condition.
In April of 2017 I had the car repainted in its original color of Garnet Red by a custom classic and historical auto restoration shop. The car had absolutely no damage of any kind and was repainted only due to the lower body cladding having faded. There was no body damage of any kind, not a ding anywhere. I will furnish the paper work showing no body repair was done. I will also be glad to furnish the name of the shop and contact info if requested.
I sent the radio, CD player and amplifier to Becker to be serviced. The amplifier was rebuilt and the CD player and radio were cleaned.
I also installed a new set of Mercedes chrome rims and new tires with less than 200 miles on them. I also have the original aluminum alloy wheels (identical but not chrome) and tires that will go with the car. The original wheels are in excellent condition with no curb rash or other problems. The paint code is 512 Garnet Red and interior color code is 275 Pebble.
All power hydraulics and electrical equipment work perfectly.
The 60,000 mile service included the following:
- Engine oil and filter changed
- Spark plugs replaced
- Transmission fluid and filter changed
- Replaced power steering hose and fluid
- Replaced oil sender unit and pan gasket
- All air filters changed including charcoal filter
- Replaced engine drive belt
- Checked brakes and suspension
- Checked all lights and horn
- Replaced windshield wiper
- Wiring harness checked and found to be all intactand pliable. Harness is in excellent condition
- Computer checked for codes
- Hardtop removed and the convertible top wasraised and lowered to check condition of allmoving parts & condition of convertible top.- Hardtop released perfectly, top raised andlowered perfectly.- All mechanical and electrical items workperfectly.
I have the original owners manual with all info intact. 2 keys and 1 remote. 2 original sets of Mercedes floor mats.
Tires are NEW 225/55 ZR16 on NEW Chrome 8 x 16 inch wheels.
389 HP and 420 lbs of torque.
5.9 seconds to 60 mph.
Top speed is electronically limited to 170 mph.
