1983 Mercedes-Benz 200-Series Manual Transmission Additional Info:

This car is being re-listed because of a deadbeat non paying buyer. 1983 Mercedes Benz 240D. This Mercedes was our summer car until it got rear-ended. The car yard drives. It has a smooth running 4 cylinder diesel that uses no oil between oil changes., transmission is also very good. There are many good parts on this car including: 2 new drive shafts, a new clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing and alignment tool. The interior is very nice for it's years, the dash is nice and so is the console, there is some wear on the driver's seat that is just starting to wear, The 4 doors are good, one small dent in the driver's door, the hood, grill are good, trunk has 2 small dents, alsomany small parts I have not mentioned, the tires are not good. I'd like to have a smooth sale, please don't take anything for granted, I'll answer any questions to the best of my knowledge and take any pictures. I will assist loading the vehicle. We've had questions about repairing the car; when we took it to the body shop for the insurance estimate he said it could be repaired but there are no new parts available and you'd have to have a donor car to do so.
