You have the option to own this very pretty lapus blue Mercedes 300D turbo diesel. Very low mileage (127,000) and documented car. Maintenance records going back to 1992. Car fax is loaded up with maintenance records as well. This car was driven by a 90 year old woman.everything about the car is pretty clean overall but not perfect. There are imperfections in the paint and body that one would expect from a 30+ year old car. Car is still beautiful. Tires and other tune up items have 0 miles on them. This car is ready to drive to New York if you wanted to. Most everything about the car works. Even the cruise control. Ac compressor comes on and cycles but may need Charged. All gauges in the dash work and all four windows go up and down. Sunroof operates like it is supposed to. Heater blows hot. Radio works. Rear back seat light works. This car isn't perfect by any means and I would like to help sell this car to someone who wants a low mileage car as a beginning platform. That being said, this is one of the strongest 617 turbo diesels I have driven. Transmission shifts excellent and the car drives effortlessly down the road unlike most older W123's. I have noticed some wax residue in the pictures, I will go over the car again. It was hand waxed before pictures were taken.
California potential buyers, she didn't register the car for the past two years. My understanding is she just didn't pay it and never thought about it. We are willing to split the actual DMV Back fees with new owner. It would be wise to go into DMV and ask them to drop some fees as you didn't personally occur the fees yourself.
