1990 Mercedes 560 sec no rust no hit california car

1990 Mercedes-Benz 500-Series 2 door coupe Additional Info:

i have owned this car for 6 years, bought it in Newport beach, ca. always garaged at the guys house and his office, well maintaine, no rust at all, I had it painted when i bought it because the clear coat was peeling just like every other Mercedes from that year. what i am asking for the car is what i paid for the paint job. does not smoke, runs and shifts well,I had the timing chain replaced and some suspension parts installed when i bought it.I have not been driving it lately (I have 4 cars) and since our governor has raise registration fee's twice this year it's time for this one to go to a new home. it passes California smog every time with no problems. all power seats,windows, sun roof and seat belt extenders work fine it has an after market stereo with cd player, the air conditioner did blow cold but not driving for a year or so that stuff dents to leak out . the dash is crack free, the drivers seat has a few rips, I have extra parts from a doner car same year and color combo that i can fill the trunk with parts but we will have to discus the details.
