I have had this truck listed for a while. Super cool crew cab. It's basically a 2 ton version of a VW crew cab but with ultra reliable Mercedes motor, floating rear axle etc. We bought a couple of these and need to make one go to a good home to make room for a personal one. Super rare, only built for German market. Parts are easily available and cheap. I have driven my van version like this one and only put in about $100 worth of parts in two years. The cab seats 7 people. The bed could almost hold a VW van. They are super wide but with a short wheel base. They drive like a little truck since they were made for small german roads.
These truck are considered some of the most reliable ever built. Parts are readily available either from Mercedes or the internet. Much more heavy duty and reliable vs a VW crew can or Westy. Cab seats 7 people. This is a super rare crew cab version.
1977 Mercedes Benz L409 Doka Crew Cab Truck van with fold down rear bed. Extremely rare. Fleet maintained by German municipality its entire life. Everything works as it should. Very good condition. 4 speed. 2.3 liter gas engine. 58k kilometers or 35k original miles. Stored inside its entire life. Includes rubberized canvas tarp and all of the frame work for rear cover.
