Original early NA Miata, unmolested, very clean great running car.

Mazda MX-5 Miata . Very early example, production date is 8/89, first sold in Oct 1989 in Phoenix to a Tucson buyer. Lifelong AZ car, NO rust!I am the third owner, I first came to know the car when it was brought to British Car Service where I've worked since 1995. We specialize in Miatas as well as British cars. The consensus among all who worked on it was that it was the "tightest" Miata we knew. I became good friends with the owner so when her partner mentioned to me that she was going to move to Boston and wasn't taking the Miata I immediately expressed my interest in the car and purchased it when she left. I have recent service records but not from the first owner. Owner's manual with inserts is present with the car.Equipped with AC and a limited slip differential, the car is original except for a K&N air filter and an AC compressor recently fitted. The limited slip diff is great when exiting a turn, the car seems to just launch off the apex. No oil or water leaks.Top has been replaced with an NB top with the glass rear window. Windshield is original, still showing the dealer PDI sticker. Tires and battery are new. Seats, carpets, interior panels and dash are in perfect condition, no tears or cracks. Paint isn't quite perfect, some small stains from bird droppings and touched up scratches but overall very nice as the pictures show.I hate to sell this fun and reliable car but since I'm now 75 years old it's getting too hard for me to get out of it. It's time for someone else to enjoy it for many years ahead. I had hoped to keep it longer since NA Miatas are appreciating steadily but the time has come, unfortunately for me, but now it's a great opportunity for another Miata lover.If there is anything I don't have pictured that you would like to see let me know and I will try to get a good shot for you.
