1994 Mazda RX-7 Base Coupe 2-Door Additional Info:

I'm selling my 1994 FD Mazda RX7 with 400wHP, it's in good shape, no issues, and well sorted (no fault lights, no starting issues,...aka it can be driven daily)
Background: I bought this from a good friend in California in 2017 with the intent to keep it for several years. It already had the LS1 V8 swap done, and was in good working order. This was going to be a weekend/AutoX/Track car for me, and I spent the last year tuning and updating key areas. I'm selling because I have the opportunity to build a dream car with my dad, and my garage is too small to hold the RX7 and a project car...and there's no way I'd store this car outside.
I did 1 AutoX and 1 track day in the condition I bought the car (2017)...then spent the winter/spring making all of the changes (see below for details), then 1 AutoX & 1 Track day this summer (2018) as I confirmed all of the updates worked; overall the car performed extremely well and could easily compete for Top Time of Day (AutoX) and run in the faster groups for Track Days. At this stage in my life, I don't push 100%, but the car was more than capable and it's been stress tested to ensure any issues would've popped up; Brakes are solid w/ no sign of fading, cooling easily keeps up even on 95F days (that's hot for Seattle), no weird suspension characteristics, adjustable suspension that responds, well balanced...
Details:
VIN: Jm1fd3333r0302451
Miles: 98,000 miles (Engine swap done @ 84,500 miles)
Chassis: '94 black exterior/black interior, no sunroof
Engine: Chevy LS1 from a 2002 Corvette w/ 400 wHP. Fully rebuilt engine at time of install @ 84,500 mile, 228/230 Comp Cams, ARP everything, LS6 intake, Samberg V2 intake (Cold Air, similar to Corvettes), ported Lingenfelter TB, JTR 3/4 ceramic coated longtube headers, dyno tuned by Newtech Performance in California, Wiring Harness Pez w/OBD2 in glovebox
Engine Oil cooler: OEM LS1 to RX-8 oil cooler, site in the front bumper driver's side opening (mesh protected for debris)
Power Steering: Samberg PS line kit, uses the OEM LS1. It's feels OEM for a Chevy...which is usually a bit light for me, but that's personal preference.
Cooling: Samberg VII Radiator w/ integrated intake
Exhaust: Metallic high flow Dual Cats to single axle back to high flow muffler. It's quiet enough that your neighbors won't hate you, but plenty loud that you can hear the lumpy big cam!
Engine/Tranny/Diff Mounts: Samberg
Transmission: Norcal AG T56 Magnum built to handle 900HP, full rebuild part of the install @ 84,500 miles, pulled from a 2004 Pontiac GTO. new "Ram twin plate" clutch @ 84,500 miles. Pro 5.0 Shifter.
Differential: New RX-7 TII diff and bearings with 3.90 gears (vs. 4.10 stock)
Brakes: Atomic Rex Big Brake Kit, 2 piece rotors. It's a well known kit, and works well. fluid has been bled recently, decent pad life remaining.
Brakes: Atomic Rex Big Brake Kit 360mm/6 piston, 330mm/4 piston. Black calipers, natural aluminum hats, slotted rotors
Wheels: CCW C10 monoblock, 18x10 +55 square set-up (New/installed in 2018)
Tires: Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2's, 285/35/18, with 1K miles and 1 AutoX & 1 track day. (purchased in 2018)
Suspension: Ohlins DFV coilovers (new/installed in 2018), & Rear Suspension aftermarket adjustable Toe links
Aero: An Aluminum integrated Front Splitter (2") and undertray w/ honeycomb structure and mounts to several structural members, the radiator is fully enclosure/boxed, rear carbon duck tail spoiler
Interior: Samberg roll bar w/ fire extinguisher, OEM seats available, Momo Mod-88 steering wheel w/ quick release
Battery: Optima Yellow 8073-167 D51R 450CCA
Fuel Pump: Walbro 255lph
Paint: Black w/ Semi-gloss clear from ~2012. Overall it's in good shape, but nothing special.
F&R have extended wheel studs. The fronts were done in ~2016, I did the rears this year which required new rear hub bearings.
Delrin frame bushings: RX7.com Launch kit
Engine, Transmission, Differential oil have all be replaced within the last 3K miles.
Exterior: It has Carbon Fiber headlight covers (poor quality), aftermarket front bumper, and the rear duckbill carbon fiber spoiler.
car has always been garaged, including previous owner
title: I have this in hand (no loans), it's clean (no salvage title)
Issues:
-Stereo does not work: it's installed, just doesn't work...never tried to fix it, the exhaust sounds much better.
-Suspension bushings: I assume these are getting older, and it was on my list of lower priority items to update next winter.
-Exterior: There's a few nicks here and there...nothing crazy, but this also isn't a garage queen.
-No A/C. (the heater and fan works)
-I have a recent carfax and can provide it upon request. The mileage issue shown is when the engine swap occurred, as that invalidated the actual car mileage; this also helps to provide a clear point of when the engine was rebuilt, and how many miles have been driven afterwards.
-I also have many more photos & videos of the car (walk around and engine starting), will add links to youtube once it's uploaded (you can search for this car in the Seattle CL, same information, but more photos and links to the videos)
