Description:

This 1947 Lincoln Continental convertible is a real piece of American History. Restored in the 90s it was preserved very well. Fires up easily and runs quietly. The underside is very detailed. Recent carb service, fuel tank flush, and brake adjustment. Truly a dream to drive. Please take a moment to view our video test drive. It would cost $100,000 or more to restore a car like this today. This specific vehicle has won many awards in the past.

Interior:

The interior is very nice. The green leather is in great shape. The onlything I see not working is the Clock. Otherwise, all the features including the hydraulic operated windows and top work as they should. Carpet is older but shows well. All the wiring is top-notch under the dash and all the switches operate. Lights work as well. It is very sorted.

Exterior:

The exterior easily a 7 out of 10. There are minor knicks and scratches, but nothing alarming. The Body is close to 19ft long!!!! Wheels and tires show well, and fender skirts are in very nice shape. As I said before this is an award winner! Please take a moment to view our walk around and test drive video.

Drivetrain:

a silky smooth flat head 12 cylinder motor she purs down the road with ease. No slippage on the clutch. Shifts easily. It starts with no issues, and does not overheat. We have opted to add an electric fuel pump ( 6 volt ) and that makes this car drive so much better. No leaks that I can see. You will be very impressed at how well this 80+ year old Lincoln Continental drives. Power steering / Power Everything!

Key Facts:

  • Frame off restored in the 90s
  • Stil running 6 volt
  • Recent service
  • Power top works well
