1973 Lincoln Continental Additional Info:

This car was garaged its whole life I believe. I pulled it out of a garage in upstate New York and from its appearance I don’t believe it saw any winters ever. Very very solid car. The elderly owner lost the keys and title so I put a new ignition cylinder in it and registered it in Vermont so I have a clear transferable Vermont registration to go with the car. The door locks have not been re-keyed or the trunk. The trunk can be opened with a remote switch in the glove box. 117,000 miles. Runs drives and stops great. No weird noises from suspension engine bearings or anything else. Obviously has a new gas tank and straps. Gauge works. Appears to have been repainted once. Minor rust underneath original padded vinyl top. Minor exhaust leak under hood. Does not smoke on start up or any other time. Car has tons of power and downshifts properly and shifts very firmly. It actually feels like a much lower mileage car than 117. Original stereo with 8 track still works. Electric antenna works. Electric seat works. The air conditioning system is complete and seems to function but does not blow cold must need to be charged. Electric windows need repair, front two corner windows fell down into door. Passenger side panels removed to do work all parts are in the trunk. The headlights work but the highbeams don’t I think it is just the switch. I believe highbeams worked when I first got the car actually. Vacuum system for retractable headlights works fine. You can actuate the turn signals manually but the blinker function seems to be not working. Horn works well. Just had oil change and rear end fluid changed. I can post or send videos of the car running down the highway. Smooth driver. I can drive the car within a 300 mile radius of Syracuse New York to deliver it.
