1987 Land Rover Defender 110 Additional Info:
Correct vin isSALLDHMB8BA288121.Here is very nice frame on restoration of a 110 with lots of upgrades and is ready to take anywhere. List of parts and upgrades below. Main highlights here are the install of a GEMs V8 motor with auto transmission, factory AC kit, heated seats and electric front windows. Truck is rust free and solid all around. There was a minor repair on the passenger side bulkhead a few years back and that's it. Underside recently sanded and painted, both the frame and the underside of the body components itself.
Aside from the list below, we replaced the bushings, replaced tie rod ends, replaced steering damper, balanced and rotated tires, performed an alignment, replaced steering wheel, replaced gauges with VDO ones, cleaned up the wiring, paint interior engine bay, washed and painted the frame and axles, painted under the body, replaced the rear main seal to address a leak, replaced power steering lines, addressed a leak on the transfer case and some other odds and ends.
