ODOMETER

Sold new in Japan, recent mechanical refresh, excellent condition, rare in the USA, new tires since photos, extremely fun to drive, highly collectable, a signature Modern Classic.THE VEHICLE OFFEREDNOTE THIS IS A 1991. EBAY DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THE EUROPEAN VIN. IT IS NOT A 1980.

In the late 80s, Lancia, a brand known for its Swiss watch like build quality was suffering. Italy’s political turmoil was affecting their auto manufactures. Before Fiat, Lancia’s parent company could completely downgrade Lancia’s quality, they left us with one final reminder of what they can do. This Delta Integralie, is a 4WD turbo charged rally car. This car won six World Rally Championships back to back. And you can feel that DNA behind the wheel. The steering is spot on. Thankfully it just grips, and grips, and grips because you’ll need it. That turbo boosts the 2.0 liter 16 valve engine to 200 horsepower. This example was a Japanese domestic market car when sold new. It has been well preserved and presents extremely well. The paint is nice and it wears its original glass. The faulty ABS system has been removed and a new master cylinder and e-brake cable has been fitted. It has seen a thorough mechanical refresh. The fuel tank was dropped, new lines gaskets, fuel pump connectors and o-rings where fitted. The timing belt and water pump were replaced and the clutch engages nice and smooth. This one features the EVO I wheels and those are wrapped in brand new all season performance tires. A good example like this is worth a decent amount of money and were not surprised, because this is a very unusual Lancia that will only gain in fan fair.
