ok... the vehicle should be a runner... it will require work... I do not know when it was the last time it ran...
Now, he engine is NOT seized... I was hesitant to put a new battery because I do not know the wiring harnesses condition... but, decided to try a new battery very carefully, nd the starter motor turned and the engine also turned freely... I removed the car battery immediately and there is your answer...
the clutch pedal works freely... the brake pedal moves freely but I believe that the master cylinder is not operating... The mechanical parking brake moves freely but I it did not engaged the brakes in the truck...
