1974 Jeep CJ Additional Info:

Jeep CJ5 from California. Rugged good looks and the performance to match. New camshaft on the torquey 304 V8. Edelbrock carburetor sits atop. Disc brake conversion (disc brakes on the front wheels) with power boosted brakes on Timken axles, front and rear. Comes with boxes of spare parts and an extra red metal Jerry can. On the inside, this is a clean Jeep. Carpet, New seats, front and rear. Installed seat belts in rear seat. This Jeep sits on 33" tires and has a suspension lift. This Jeep is a looker. If you have any questions or need more pictures, send me a message. Classic cool. CB radio (needs antenna installed, but wiring is in place) in the aftermarket Tuffy console. MSD ignition upgrade. 4-speed. Will do interstate speeds. You can pick it up locally or have it shipped. Custom too cage, welded on some light. The guy that built this thing did it right. No corners cut. Comes with extra parts. After -market LED lights up top and KC floodlights on the bumper. Aftermarket headers. Manual choke on dash for the cold mornings! starts right up. Optima battery. I have had questions about photographing the engine bay, so I added that photo to this listing. If you have any questions, you can message me or call 423-333-5248. Great classic Jeep at a great price. As-is, of course. If you are in town and want to see it in person, feel free to arrange a meeting. I am selling this locally as well, so I reserve the right to cancel this sale if the Jeep sells. If it is being shipped, buyer is responsible for shipping. the steering is a little loose (no worse than I’ve had on a CJ),but the Jeep comes with a new steering box that you can install if you feel the need. Rubber on the interstate hit the windshield and left round crack, but does not go all the way through the glass. Can easily be replaced. Some mild trail rash on the passenger side fender, as seen in photo.
reserve of $7500. I have way more than that in this solid machine. Selling to make room for kid's car. I know. It hurts, but maybe you can enjoy this beauty now. Topless on sunny day in the late spring in a legitimately beautifully built classic. Can’t beat that feeling.
