1981 Jeep CJ5 Renegade Renegade-- Additional Info:

Selling my original 81 CJ5 Renegade in awesome condition. Very hard to find in this condition.
All original, steel tub, Line X coated.
Matching numbers, original 258ci I-6, 4 speed. All working perfectly. No leaks anywhere.
Paint and upholstery in very nice condition. Pictures speak by themselves.
- Full BESTOP top with doors, BESTOP Bikini or topless, your choice, this CJ comes with all of them : ))
Although not in the pictures, I do have the rear plastic window. (All tops in very good condition).
- TUFFY safety glove box as well as the original red glove box door.
- TUFFY safety storage rear compartment. Excellent condition inside and out. (Sorry no rear seat)
- PACER period correct aluminum wheels with 33x12 R15 tires. Also have the 33 spare tire mounted on a steel
wagon wheel.
- SMITTYBILT rear bumper with towing hitch
- SMITTYBILT front bumper with #8000 winch. Perfectly working conditions, NEVER used.
- KC original old school auxiliary lights.
All in all a very nice, unmolested CJ5 that you can enjoy as it is, or take it to the next level while you drive it. It is not a concours Jeep. Good thing is that I am not asking $25-30k either : )))
It does have some small rust spots that I have neutralized and as I keep it indoor I don't have a problem with that.
It drives as it should, firing up on the first attempt every time and driving through all the gears with zero grinding. 2H, 4H and 2L work perfectly as well as the manual hub locks.
Brakes and Steering are perfect. Suspension works nice, although it could use some love. If I would keep the Jeep, I would raise the body 2" and put new bushings all around.
I use it to go around town topless on Sundays and to go to the Gym. I do not use it off road. For that I use my 2010 4D Sahara.
Jeep located in East Orlando, FL. Nationwide transportation or International shipping can be arranged. Either way, Jeep does not leaves my property until funds are cleared. FLORIDA TITLE ON MY NAME.
