This Auction is for a 1988 Jeep Wrangler Sport with ONLY 68,795 ORIGINAL Miles. This Jeep is a BEAUTIFUL Example that Remains in Mostly Untouched and Unaltered Condition. It Has it's Original Strong Running 4.0 Liter Inline Six Cylinder Engine and Original Five Speed Standard Transmission With Power Steering, Power Breaks and Bears it's ORIGINAL Paint Job in Very Good Condition. There are NO Visible or Apparent Leaks or Any Sort. The Jeep Also Maintains it's ORIGINAL Interior in Very Good Condition as Well. Jeep is VERY SOLID and the Body is VERY Straight. NO Bondo or Sheet Metal Repairs and only a Few Very Small Spots of Rust. Jeep Drives Straight Down the Road with NO Pulling or Alignment Issues. Cranks Easy and Starts Right Up, Even When Cold. NO Smoke or Blow By from the Engine as Can be Seen in the Videos. Shifts IN and OUT of Four Wheel Drive VERY Easily and all RANGES Work Perfectly. Have not driven the Jeep Much at all but the Clutch Seems Strong with No Issues and the Transmission Shifts Easily through the Gears.

Floor pans have some rust to the driver and passenger sides from long term storage with the old top in poor condition. Rust only to Front Floor Pans. Rear Floors and Tub Remain Very Solid with No Visible or Apparent Rust. Front Floors Also Remain Solid but do show three small holes and some surface rust that is clearly visible in the photos. The rust was treated some time ago, but not repaired and We Have Kept the Jeep Sealed with a Set of Quality Floor Mats.
Interior is Gray and Black with Black Padding to the Roll Bar. Padded Dash is Original and in Excellent Condition. All Gauges (Tachometer, Oil, MPH, Etc) Work as Do the Lights, Wipers, Etc. Horn Does Not Work. Has a SONY CD Player that Works Well But it Could Use New Speakers. Heater, Vent Air and Defrost Work. Jeep Does NOT Have A/C and Never Did. Seats and Seat Frames are NOT Warped or Bent and Remain VERY Solid and Slide, Raise and Lower Correctly. Driver Side Seat Has a Small Separation in a Seam at the Seat Portion that Could be Easily Repaired.
JEEP Has a NEW $800 Bestop "Sunrider" Top with NEW Frame. Sunrider Allows the Jeep to be a "Convertable" without Taking the Top All the Way Down. Also, NEW Spare Tire Cover.
JEEP Has a NEW RADIATOR, NEW Brake Master Cylinder, NEW Choke Stat and NEW Wheel Lugs ALL Installed Last Month. Receipt is Included for This Work. Also, NEW Complete Tune-Up (Plugs, Wires, PCV Valve, Air Breather Filter, Air Filter, Etc). Oil Change JUST Done Using Premium Oil and Filter. All fluids have been topped off as well.
While this Jeep is Not Perfect it is a RARE Find in Such Great Condition with the Original Untouched Paint and Body, Original Interior and LOW Miles. It Could Truly Be Considered a COLLECTOR'S ITEM.
