1992 Jeep Wrangler S Additional Info:

NO RESERVE AUCTION Hi bidder wins her!!
If you do not like attention this Jeep is not for you!!! Where ever I go people swarm around with cameras asking what is different about your jeep. I have people driving by videoing me on the road. She is a lot of fun and a great conversation piece.
She started life as a Jeep Wrangler S model. Originally red in color with gray interior. She is from Canada and appears to have always been garaged. I had her imported to the US over 2 years ago. The speedo is still in Kilometers. The mileage showing is actually 133,816 miles when converted to US Miles.
This was a father son project with more than 400 hours of very professionally done labor. The top was chopped 10" total. Look closely. The doors, glass, seat brackets (Front and rear), roll bar, hard top, and much more. The windshield was not only chopped but angled back giving it a real cool look. All the welds are beautiful. The roof rack you see in the picture with the top on it disassembles very ears. The fiberglass top looks factory inside as well. All the body lines line up great. The top fits perfect. They also made front and rear bumpers, and the side rocker nerf bars. I also have a bikini top that goes with her.
All the modifications are bolt on. Roll bar, Doors, Seat brackets, Top, Windshield frame. The body of the jeep was not cut or modified at all. One can actually be removed and original parts used to put her back to a stock looking jeep. Not that anyone would want to but wanted to point out.
She was repainted black on the outside. Paint is very nice but not perfect. The inside including the roll bar under the pad is red as well. Engine compartment is original. Underside looks great. The passenger seat does not move forward like original. They altered the seat bracket so the seat back moves forward. I didn't like it so I put a factory one back on. I have the other bracket as well. The top is usually off with me so I do not need the seat to pull forward to get in back.
Interior, Great shape. Original carpet. Solid floor pans. Drivers seat cushion has the normal ware and rips on the side where you get in. The passenger side is starting to rip on the lower cushion.
I took the family out to Joshua Tree a month ago which is the high desert in California. About 240 miles round trip. We creep-ed through the hills, through sand, and on the dry lake. She ran like a champ. The 4 wheel drive unit works great. We also went out at night and used the lights. They lit up the desert. What a blast. There was no moon out so it was every dark but we could see everything.
Everything works. She has power steering, brakes, and tilt wheel. The stereo sounds great and you can hear it on the freeway. The drive train and suspension are stock original. The engine runs smooth. Passes smog no problem. The clutch is tight and the 5 spd shifts smoothly.
She is not perfect but will show very well on the road or at a car show. Only thing she seems to need is new shocks. The rear end is fine but has a small leak.
Drive her the way she is or make a few subtle changes and you have a super cool jeep. No one has anything like this. My plans were simple if I kept her was to raise her 6 inches. That is why I have not replaced the shocks. Larger tires. She currently has 31" tires and runs through the gears great. I also wanted to finish off the red showing in the door jam and around where the top goes in black. They never completed the roll bar going to the window frame I have the original parts. My plan was to have them welded so they fit right in. I also have the pads the match the roll bar pads.
I have owned a lot of jeeps over the years and this one is solid. Only reason I am selling is a daughter going to college and I have another project I want to divert the money to.
She is being sold AS IS and no warranty is implied or expressed. I do reserve the right to end auction at any time. I have had some pretty good offers locally but want to offer it nationally. She is currently registered in California. I put a new catalytic converter on her. All recalls performed. She has a clean car fax and a clear title.
If you have less than 10 positive feedback please contact me first before bidding. We reserve the right to end the auction early before reserve is met. Once reserve is met she sells to the highest bidder.
Shipping cost and arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer. Will work with buyer and hold her temporarily for shipping as well as work with shipper. Payment must be made in full within 10 days. a $500.00 deposit is due within 3 days of auctions end.
