Here is an absolutely drop dead gorgeous 1984 Jeep J10 Laredo Pickup that looks great throughout! This Jeep was bought new on June 6th 1984 in Edmond,OK and went into storage around 2000 and remained that way for around 10 years. It lived there until it was cosmetically restored inside and out and consigned by a Jeep dealer in IL in mid 2012. Shortly after the truck was purchased by its second owner and has resided in AZ since. This is one of the neatest Jeeps I have ever seen because J10s are hard to come by and its a factory Laredo package! The Jeep has just received a freshening up both cosmetically and mechanically. The body on the Jeep is solid and well preserved. This J10 was cosmetically restored in 2012 before it was consigned for sale with a dealer in IL. All paint and interior was redone to factory code and it still looks great today! The exterior just received a $1500 freshening and detail. The rubber seals are all in very nice shape and the jeep seals up perfect. All exterior lights work. The truck has been scoured for rust or repair panels and this thing is solid, none to be found. This one was spared Midwest winters for a lot of its life and it shows.
The interior is in great shape all around and has hardly been used since it was replaced. The seats are in very nice shape with no rips or tears and very little sign of wear. Headliner and carpets were replaced and are in very nice shape.l. All dials and controls function as they should and are illuminated at night. The dashboard is in excellent shape with no cracks. Both power windows work correctly and the rear window functions as it should. The underdash A/C system works great and was just serviced.
Mechanically, this J10 runs GREAT! The car starts right up and shifts quite easily. The 5.9L 360ci engine has been fully tuned up with oil change and runs like a top! The truck was just in our shop and had the entire lower end overhauled, so needless to say this thing is tight with no leaks. The transmission was also just overhauled less than 100 miles ago. Every mechanical system on this Jeep was gone through and given a clean bill of health. The engine compartment was fully detailed to show condition. The truck does have mild performance mods including headers, custom exhaust, mild cam, updated ignition and edelbrock intake with a 4 barrel.All in all, this is one of the most rare vintage Jeeps that I have had the privilege of being associated with.
