1978 Jeep CJ Additional Info:

1978 Jeep CJ-7 With a 360 V8 Engine fender well headers aluminum intake. 4 spd trans with new clutch and flywheel. As you can see in pics this is a PROJECT.This is the most Rust Free CJ7 BodyI have found. Only spot of rust is at the passenger side where the rollbar sits about the size of a dime as shown in pics. Frame was stripped down and painted with bedliner. Has a full set of seats in black denim in decent shape. Full spare and carrier. Comes with hard top and full doors.This will need put back together as you can clearly see in pics. But a great rust free cj to begin a nice restoration. New wheels and tires (2yrs ago) 33x12.50. New brakes, body mounts, radiator and a lot more. Obviously it does not run and drive. It comes with most everything to finish the jeep. May be a few small parts missing. It comes with a windshield frame but no windshield. The very rear of the frame had rust but was cut out and needs the cross section replaced that the bumper bolts to. Motor and trans are good as is the driveline. Original paint on this old jeep. Body is VERY SOLID. with just minor dents and dings mainly the front of fendersare damaged but fixable. The hardtop is in good condition and the doors are good. This is a excellent Jeep for restoration I just dont have the time and the will to work on it. my loss your gain. Jeep will need trailered/hauled to its new owner. Payment due in cash within 7 days of auction closing.
