1980 Jeep CJ Renegade Additional Info:

Numbers matching 1980 CJ7. It is in excellent condition. All original as it would have been in 1980. -Newer Bestop Soft top. -All gauges work, including the fuel gauge, the dash lights, even the 4WD Light. -100% complete except for the radio. -Recently painted the original AMC "Russet" color. The paint is nice but it is not show quality. I'd say 7.5/10. The Body guy could of done a better job, It is excellent quality paint though for something your not afraid to drive and enjoy. -Replica reproduced exterior decals. -New exterior lenses -original wheels refinished, new 31" A/T tires. -New Windshield Frame and Rubber seals. -Front hubs recently repacked and serviced. -Carb rebuilt. -Original seats, front and rear. As of 11/19/2016 the Engine has been rebuilt. 2.5L GM Iron Duke engine bored .040 over. Complete valve job, resurfaced head. Compression has been increased to 9:1. New gaskets through out, new lifters, pushrods, rings, high volume oil pump, water pump, heater hoses, air filter, fuel filter, fuel pump. It seems to be getting around 26 mpg. ZERO rust, 2.5L, 4 speed trans, Dana 300. Very nice original Jeep for somebodies collection.
