1981 jeep cj5 Renegade ,straight 6, original rare survivor

This original one owner cj5 was purchased by me a little over a year ago. Jeep is from Houston Texas and was there entire life until my bringing it back to ms. I will attempt to describe it in the best detail possible. It is located in Florence,Ms and anyone interested is more than welcome to come by for an inspection.
I have been reluctant to sell this being a rare cj5. I have too many projects and not enough time or money to complete. My second thought was to partition out with used cj parts being in high demand. I couldn't bring myself to tear it down.My loss is your gain.
The odometer is showing under 100k miles and I am told they are original. A vehicle this age is exempt from odometer statements and I have no way of verifying this. When I purchased it the original inline 6 had been removed and replaced with another engine, I purchased and installed the original inline 6. Jeep starts right up and sounds great. The clutch needed replacing and it is included in this auction. The clutch has NOT been installed. The exterior is in decent condition, some surface rust primarily on the rear tailgate. Tub is in good shape and they sell regularly on eBay for around 1500. It does not come with a top and interior needs tlc. Mechanically in good condition with clutch being exception. It does have an aftermarket lift kit of 3"
Selling with bill of sale only which is manner in which it was purchased. This shouldn't be an issue with it being over 25 yrs old.
