1981 Jeep CJ-5 great shape

1981 Jeep CJ Additional Info:

We bought this 1981 Jeep CJ-5 for our grand daughter. She was not impressed,so its for sale.This Jeep Is stock. Other than the wheels and tires It has NOT been modified.First off,its been redone .Let me start at the bottom.Tires and rims new,shocks have been replaced,u-joints replaced.exhaust in great shape,new brakes and clutch.Under side is in great rust free shape .The frame is rust free and painted .The engine is the GM Iron duk, Yep they put GM 4 cyl. in Jeeps a few years.It has a brand new carb.Its no speed demond.However the little duke runs grea, no noises,leals or smoke.Inside looks great all new paint. New seats not recover, new seats. All controls work as they should heater wipers,tilt wheel,all though the gas gauge does not work .top is in great shape .Windows are all still clear .I you know Jeeps you know what I mean.I put all the windows back in it today .All the zippers work as they should.Doors open and shut like new. The top looks great.The body has all been redone and painted.The 4 wheel drive all works fine This is a great rust free CJ-, that runs great . Its great looking and fun to drive .it looks great also.In very good shape . Needs nothing to drive .It si sold as is were is .You are bidding on a used 81 Jeep CJ-5 with 89K miles.You are bidding on what is in the pic, no more no less.If you live nea, come look at it .We will take it for a drive,and put it up on the hoist so you can see how clean it really is.I may end the auction early.
