1991 Jaguar XJS Additional Info:

LAST LISTING ON EBAY FOR THIS CAT.
I am moving out of state in a week, so this will be my last listing on eBay for my Jaguar XJS.
Classic Jaguar Styling brings plenty of "thumbs-up" and compliments at the gas stationDrive a car that looks great and has V-12 Power
CAR CONDITION UPDATE: I JUST TOOK MY JAG OUT FOR A DRIVE ON A BEAUTIFUL SATURDAY MORNING AND I NOTICE THAT THE TACH IS NOT WORKING. IT HAS IN THE PAST, NOT SURE WHAT THE ISSUE IS.
This car runs great. I have had it for about ten years now. I bought it on eBay from a fellow in North Carolina. I am going full-time RVing now that I am retired and this, unfortunately, is not the car I need to tow behind my motorhome.
I have had Jaguars for the last 15 years and for me nothing will compare with the styling and power you will find in the Jaguar XJS. This model has especially nice body style with a "fast back" look.
When I bought this car, I believe that the seats were brand new as bits of plastic covering were still attached at the bottom of the front seats. Today these seats are in similar condition. No sign of wear, stains, rips/tears.
My mechanic just ran through the engine and everything is working as it should. He replaced some wiring but that was all that was needed.
The tires will need to be replaced soon. The paint is beginning to show sun damage on the clear coat. There is a dashboard crack just behind the steering wheel from the sun. There are a couple of scratches on the body and I have including pictures so that you can see them. The ski slope is in bad shape and will need to be replaced. The air condition system has a leak and isn't holding coolant consequent the air conditioner is not working. The windshield wipers need to be replaced.
The rest of the burl wood trim is in good shape. The battery is brand new and the spare tire is in excellent shape. This jag starts up immediately on the first turn of the key. The engine runs strong and efficiently. This car has always passed the New Mexico Vehicle Pollution Management mandatory test which is needed for registration in Bernalillo County.
The above represents the good, bad and the ugly of this great Jaguar. I am delighted to answer any further questions you may have. Please feel free to contract me via email atpatrykachaves@msn.com.
