I bought this a few years ago to use as a parade car. Ford 2.0 liter 4 cylinder with C4 automatic transmission and Ford rear end. Volkswagen front end and suspension on a square tube chassis. Runs and drives great.
In the past year I've installed a low mileage motor, new tires and powder coated wire wheels, alternator, battery, starter, brakes and master cylinder. Headlights, brakelights, tailights and directionals all function properly as do the speedometer and tachometer. The balance of the dash mounted gauges need to be rewired as do the windshield wipers. It has an electric fan but it isn't hooked up, the engine driven fan cools just fine, even at parade speed. The body has some nicks and scratches, the interior is decent however there is no driver's side door panel. It has a convertible top with no tears although I've never used it. It is registered as a 1971 Ford.
A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required through Paypal within 48 hrs of the auction ending or it will be relisted. Blalance is due in cash or certified funds within 7 days. It is for sale locally so I do reserve the right to end the auction early.
