1986 Isuzu Trooper - non-operational registration - starter broken

1986 Isuzu Trooper Additional Info:

The Good:

Engine runs well
Transmission good

Interior good

Air conditioner works weakly and heat exchanger leaks coolant when heater is used

With mechanical repair (see below), car will be operational and drive well

Tires have life in them

Radiator replaced within last year.
Clutch replaced within last two years.

Stereo works great

Brakes good

The Bad:

Passenger front door only opens half way

Starter doesn't work - push start works

Transmission slides out of 4 Wheel High Gear if not held in place

Paint is faded and slight rust exists in certain spots

Passenger side bumper end missing and bumper is dented/bent

Slight denting on front fender

Carpet in trunk stained with oil

Suggested mechanical repair to become operational:

Upon receiving $200 deposit (due within 72 hours of end of auction), will arrange towing of car to agreed-upon location within 100 miles of 90245. Final payment in exchange for pink slip/bill of sale. Final payment by cash or cashier's check. Buyer to arrange further towing/car transportation to final destination.
