1973 International Harvester Travelall Additional Info:

1973 Travelall
Restored between 1999 and 2009.
Paint done by Mustang Ranch in Santa Clara in 1999. All new old stock aluminum trim put on, umpers rechromed, ew 'wood' veneer added, ew windshield put in.
Mechanical restoration including full engine rebuild (not sure of the over-bore) by Scout Connection in Iowa - shipped the truck out to them while I was living in California in 2007.
Gear Vendors overdrive and GM TBI fuel injection, s well as a Rick's tanks stainless steel 35 gallon fuel cell installed by Braun's Automotive in Los Angeles/Lomita in 2008 (where I moved to from Santa Clara).
Further restoration work (driveline, ew old stock seat fabric, ew carpet, ith International rubber inserts as shown in photos), on Davis aluminum radiator, ertronix done when the vehicle was shipped back to Scout Connection in 2011.
Everything works as it should - power rear window, ome lights, ash lights, C, verdrive, tc. The only issues are: a few stone chips up front from the road trips mentioned above, ome discoloration of the woodgrain veneer by the fuel filler, nd the speaker opening in the dash is deformed from the heat. All are shown in the pictures.
Only non-stock items are fuel system and Gear Vendors overdrive.
Car has traveled to Canada twice (Vancouver and Toronto), etween LA and Colorado (where I live now), o St. Louis, o Chicago, nd to Minnesota, ll in the last two years. Awesome road trip vehicle. With the overdrive, ruises at 75 easily, nd has lots of power. Gets about 16 mpg.
The pictures should tell the rest of the story. No rust anywhere, ncluding rockers, ailgate bottom, tc. I bought it rust free in Northern California, nd as show in the photos, t sits on blocks in my garage during rain/snow seasons.
Happy to answer questions.
