1967 International Harvester Scout Additional Info:

This is the hard to find 1967Sport top Convertible model,it looks to be all original except for the radio and side mirrors. This Scout has been setting since 1992,so I changed the oil, oiled down the cylinders, bypassed the gas tank and it fired up.It has the152 Comanchee 4 cylinder and has good oil pressure and hits on all 4,it needs a fuel pump(missing) and the water pump is froze up.The Scout was parked when the front drive-line U joint went bad and bent the low range shift pin on the transfer case,so the shift pin will have to be straightened or replaced. The front drive-line is missing and the brakes do not work. The body is straight other than a small dent in the left fender,it dose have rust in the floorboards, both rocker panels, and kick panels below the vents. The top bows appear to be complete except for on piec, witch would be fairly easy to make a piece of one inch flat bar,3 pieces and the two springs in the picture I think are all bow parts. The bows will require some work, but I think, they are very restorable. The rear side windows are complete, the left window is nice minus some pitted and rusty chrome, the right side has some damage in one corner that shows mainly on the inside( see picture). The interior panels that cover the rear quarters are complete, the left is pretty good, the right side has some cracking but I think is repairable, both dome lights need lense, i, will need seat covers and door panels redone.Glass is all good, front bumper needs some repair and chrome, the hard to find contenental rear bumper is nice and straight needs new chrome. It looks like the hitch might be a factory hitch,it dose have the factory window washer and dual tanks. Some of the old Krylon camo paint job came of at the car wash showing the original yellow paint. This Scout needs a complete restoration, but with the rarety of it, its well worth it. It will come with 7 wheels and tires. I think, 4 of them are the originals . Can be driven on to traile, the battery dose not go with it.Can deliver within 125 miles for 1.00 per mile. I have the Washington title that was signed over in 1993 but never transferd
