1991 CRX Si w/ A/C for sale $12,500. Milano Red. (R-81 is a later production color, and is less orange than Rio Red). West coast garage queen with 198,000 miles. Believed to be 3rd adult owner. All original except for discreet addition of Hella air horns. Engine freshened at 122,000 miles. Found no wear to block, pistons or crankshaft. Cylinders honed, new bearings and rings installed. No wear to flywheel, clutch assembly replaced with oem parts. Head blueprinted. Timing belt and cover, water pump. Complete new distributor with cap and wires. All new A/C system includes Condenser, Matsushita Compressor, coil, idler, clutch and pulley, Evaporator, dryer. All a/c hoses, tubes and relays were still available from Honda, and replaced new. System charged with R-12, blows cold! Spare working Honda Condenser and dryer included with sale. CV axles and boots replaced. Brakes overhauled. Nos master cylinder. Oem radiator and cap, overflow tank and tubes. All nos cooling hoses. New splash shields under engine. Optima yellow top battery with nos cables, tray and hold downs. Nos cowl, hood seals and wiper arms, squirter nozzles and tubing. New bolts where exposed and still available from Honda were replaced. complete exhaust system includes all heat shields, cat, pipes, muffler and finishers.
Good solid body, I'd say 9/10. Some rock chips to hood, new windshield replaced in 2018. Minor dings to paint. Sunroof good. All 6 door rub rails and extensions new. New exterior window seals at doors, new b-pillar trim pieces. 4 gorgeous new old stock wheels with new center caps! New spare r/h wheel, and 3 pretty nice original wheels included with sale. Frame and alignment checked, no adjustment needed. Potenza tires balanced and installed, only 50% tread remains after 76,000 miles. New exterior mirrors, marker lights, bumper lights, tail lights and center section (still perfect to this day). Seats are bright and clean, no damage or wear. Usual seatbelt damage to door panels, but not too bad. Original floor mats, driver side is fairly worn. Package tray presents well. Cassette player/FM radio works well, with 4 nos speakers.
