Great driver

Here up for bids is this sharp GMC Jimmy. It was restored in 2016 with a professional repaint and all new weatherstripping, upholstery, carpeting, windshield, and tires. The truck is equipped with crate 350ci V8 backed by a 700R4 transmission, a 2.25″ exhaust, Hooker headers, Flowmaster mufflers, a new radiator, Edelbrock carburetor, a Weiand intake manifold, and an Accel HEI ignition system. More information is written alongside the photos below.

Really nice paintwork, including the door jambs. The only flaw is a small paint chip, visible in the photo below, on the right side of the tailgate. The rest of the body is show quality, super straight, and rust free.

New bumpers front and rear.

New windshield.

The back window has some faint scratches and tends to move a little on the slow side.

Low miles on classic BFG's. Wheels have been powdercoated.

Nicely redone interior with all new upholstery, carpet and weatherstripping.

All gauges are functioning, even the clock. Gear selector indicator position is a little off and the speedometer reads lower than it should.

Radio powers on but has no sound. Heater and fan work as they should.

4WD is functional.

No cracks on the dash

The original spare tire mounting bracket is included.

Rust free gate

Strong running 350V8 with a Weiand intake, Edelbrock carb and Accell HEI ignition. Radiator was recently replaced. The truck starts on the money and runs strong and smooth. Shifts well, brakes well, just a nice running rig.

The AC components are all new but there's a lower hose that I couldn't source, and was told that it would need to be fabbed up. After that, charge the system and put on a belt and you should be good to go.

Solid undercarriage with recent suspension, exhaust, front rotors and calipers. Transmission and transfer case were recently resealed.

Nice sound from the Flowmasters. Dampness on the rear axle was from the fluid leak at the transmission pan, fixed now.
