1968 Ford Ranchero Ranchero Additional Info:

Up for auction is a 1968 Ford Ranchero. It is a Black Plate California Truck. It has Power Steering, Power Disc Brakes, 302 engine and FMX automatic Transmission. It runs and drives very well. There is no lifter noise or smoke from the engine. I recently added "New" Suspension parts and "NEW" Dual exhaust with "New" Flowmaster mufflers and Chrome tips. I also put" New" Brake pads on the Front Disc Brakes. This vehicle came with Factory A/C. I do not have the under hood A/C parts.It also has the factory cutouts for the front kick panel speakers. I do have the original kick panel speaker covers. The Door windows roll up and down evenly and are not "OFF THE Door track" The doors have locks and keys as well. The headlights, rear lights, brake lights, turn signal lights all "WORK".
I listed this vehicle as a project because it needs the instrument panel and dash pad installed. It needs new carpet. it also needs the Driver seat installed. (I will install the seat before the vehicle is picked up) it also needs the gas tank installed. I removed it to clean it. (I currently have the fuel pump attached to a bottle so the vehicle starts, moves, and drives as it sits) I have the Door panels for this truck.
I have "ALL" of the parts needed to finish this project. Not part of the Auction but included with the sale are "MANY" other parts for your 1968 or 1969 Ford Ranchero. "EXAMPLES" are: extra front and rear bumpers with brackets. (1968 and 1969),extra 1969 grill with headlights attached. A "COMPLETE" from headlight to tailight wiring harness for a 1969 Ranchero. Extra Rear window. Extra rear lights. Also included but not shown are "NEW" rear Stainless trim that goes around the rear window. Extra door widow and "BOXES" of other Ranchero parts
I do not have a 1968 instrument panel. I do have (2) 1969 instrument panels that will be included . I also have a "SUPER CLEAN" Original DASH. I have Original Split Bench seat with 1 small thumbsize tear. the lever to raise the seat forward works on both sides. I also have the vinyl "curtain" that goes behind the seat. I have the 4th hole Clock that goes into the dash (also 1969)
I could have listed the extra parts on a separate auction but I want whoever takes this truck to be able to use or sell the parts to finish the project. (and send me a picture!) I am moving and can't take both cars. (Brand new house, not even half the yard! or storage area ) Except for the hood ding and the passenger fender ding this Ranchero's body is "SUPER STRAIGHT" with no bondo. If it wasn't for space i'd finish it.
I have a Clear California Title in my name for this truck
. I bought this truck for its body. I transferred the Engine, transmission, driveline, suspension, Power steering, and power brakes from a donor truck. This Truck originally was a 3 speed, 6 cylinder with 4 wheel drum brakes.
