Selling a 1978 ford Crew Cab. This would make a very nice 4x4 Diesel conversion.It is a 2 wheel drive automatic, the engine is a 351 that does not run. It will run if you rebuild thecarburetorand get a new fuel tank. I was going put it onto a diesel 4x4 frame with a flat bed but never got around to it. It is 95% rust free besides some surface rust. But the utility bed is rusty due to it being on a snow truck before it was installed onto this truck number of years ago. All the windows are in good shape and crank up and down. Doors open and close smooth with no binding or creaking, very solid truck. Interior is all there but it has seen better days. I pulled the carpet off just to see the floor boards and so the carpetwouldn'thold moisture to prevent rust. The grill is dent and cracked and there is a dent in the rearpassengerdoor that can be pushed out from the inside.. these trucks are getting hard to find and I will probably be looking for one again in the future to build one but I cannot afford a project rite now. It does steer and brakes do somewhat work to make transporting it easier. California Clean title in hand.
