1970 Ford F-100 Additional Info:

I have 1970 F100 LWB that I need to sell. Bought it about a year ago from Gas Monkey Garage on impulse and realized I don't have the time and resources right now and its just taking up space in my garage. The truck is pretty solid, it definitely needs body work but there's only a few areas in the bed where the rust has gone through the metal. Mainly because there was a toolbox that wasn't letting the moisture evaporate. When I bought it wasn't running. I replaced a bunch of stuff (list and pics follow) and got it to run. I was surprised how quickly it started and idles very nice. Here is a list of all the things I replaced with new parts:

Alternator
Starter
Battery Cables
Starter solenoid
Ignition Coil
Distributor cap and rotor
Spark plug cables
Spark plugs
Carburetor
Air filter
Oil filter
Master cylinder
Radiator
Overflow tank
Thermostat
Thermostat housing
Brakes (complete brake work all 4 tires including new drums, cylinders, hardware and hydraulic hoses)
Some brake lines that broke during disassembly
Ignition lock cylinder (original keys wouldn't turn)
Door lock cylinders
Gas cap
Right rear tire
Custom weathered "paint job"
Etc.
It definitely needs work but its a good starter truck for someone who has the time and skills.

It needs a battery!

Even though it will start the registration is expired and I've only driven it around my block a couple of times so I don't know how it will do on a longer drive so I'd recommend towing it

I will not deliver it or arrange delivery. If you win it plan on picking it up or arranging pickup yourself, I'm in Tomball, TX. Only serious interested sellers. Paypal or cash only. No exceptions!!!

Send me a message if you have any more questions.
