1966 Ford Bronco Additional Info:

1966 Early Bronco with modern features.
I purchased this 66 bronco for my wife about 4 years ago and had it built for her . Since my wife would be the driver, first and foremost I wanted to make sure it was reliable and safe. Most everything on the rig is about 2-3 years old. including the Ppg Porsche Guards Red with Dcu2021 clearcoat....It has a fuel injected 5.3 " LS " chevrolet engine along with a 4l60e overdrive transmission. hit the key and go no matter if it is 30 degree or 100 degree weathe, no pesky carburator or distributor to worry about..... its been upgraded with power discbrakes, saginaw powersteering gear bo, tilt wheel steering coulum, 3 point seat belts upfron, lap belts in rea, full "family" roll cage . front and rear seats have been recovered along with new padding, interior floorpans front to rear are sprayed with Raptor bedliner. pioneer cd player with aux inpu, marine waterproof Pyle brand speakers with LED lights. all gauges work (no speedometer) wipers are currently not hooked u, they are vaccum style but i will hook up before it sells .... engine is a fairly low mileage 5.3 "LS" chevy engine, 4l60e trans (overdrive) stainless headers, Thush muffler . It has heavyduty thick aluminum radiator keeps it cool in the hot humid summer.... Upgraded to stronger Dana 44 front axle has been upgraded with 78/79 bronco spindles, new disc brakes(rotors, pads & calipers) steel braided brake hoses.all new shocks front and rea, new ball joints, newcorrect radius arm bushings for perfect caster, 1 ton tie rods, 4.5 inch Rancho lif, 35 " Procomp tires on allied 16x10 beadlock rims (real beadlock wheels) we have been driving the heck out of this for the past 3 years or so.Things that you should know: there is NO transfer case .we never got around to adding one, besides do you really want to take a pretty Bronco like this off road ? to be clear we have been driving this bronco for the last 3 years . If you do want to hook up 4WD the good news is this 4l60e can be used as a 2wd trans OR 4wd trans with the change of the output shaft and tailshaf, i dont have a transfer cas, but with the swap of shafts and a transfer case it can all be hooked up easily, the drivers door glass has a crack, good news is they are only $50 on ebay or other sources. no speedomete, but all gauges work. This is not a 150k-200k Velocity motors build. it is an better than average Bronco you would be proud to take to any car show or cruise around town which we have loved doing .....Without a doubt this Bronco is a headturner wherever it goes. It is a blast to drive. 100% cooler than a Jeep .I have a walk around video i can text for serious buyers
no trades, sold as-is.( i will be out of town 10/3-10/, but will be happy to answer any questions or offers anytime) if serious make offer
