1936 Ford Five Window Coupe

This 1936 Ford Coupe is an original classic. This car is an eye catcher and she is beautiful.

There are not that many cars like this that remain in original condition, as this car.

Prior to my purchasing this car, she was sold at a Barrett-Jackson auction. (I have the Barrett-Jackson sales catalog).

Unlike many of the other investment vehicles, this is a real one to drive and enjoy,while appreciating in value.

With less than 85K miles, she is about as authentic as you would desire.

Flathead V8 engine with three speed floor shifter and original gauges.

No leaks.

She drives perfectly and tracks straight as an arrow.

Engine starts easily. She idles and accelerates great. Engine purrs like a kitten.

Tires are in excellent condition with low mileage.

Transmission operates perfectly and shifts smoothly.

Mechanicals, wiring and brakes are all in sound working order.

Steel fenders and running boards.

Under carriage is clean and in very good condition.

Emblems,mirrors and hub caps are all in great condition.

Instruments,horn, lights, heater, windows- all in working condition.

Mohair interior is blemish free. Headliner is in great shape. Toe knocker boards doshow signs of slight wear.

Windows are fine and operate properly.

Other notes that reveal non-original features (even though an expert may be able to see others, these are areas I've identified asnotoriginal):

Battery was previously moved to engine compartment.

The original ‘cut-out’ regulator has been replaced with a voltage regulator.

Brakes are fully functioning hydraulic brakes.

The cigarette lighter knob does not match original knob.

Fog-lights on front bumper (these are not electrically connected).

Inside and out, she is a special vehicle.
