1965 Ford Mustang 2+2 fastback Additional Info:

This 1965 Ford Mustang is a 2+2 fastback optioned from the factory with a K-code 289cid V8 and a 4-speed manual transmission. Both visible vin number on the drivers side fender and hidden vin number on the passengers side match and are clear stampings.The exterior is painted from the factory Rangoon Red with a pristine white and red interior. The paint and interior are in show condition. Absolutely no chips or flaws in the finish.Panel fit and gaps are perfect, the doors, hood and trunk close perfectly with a solid feel. The chrome and bright work are in exceptional condition with no scratches or flaws. This car is better than new!This K-Code Mustang is offered with the original window sticker, original purchase order, original first print owner's manual, letter from the original owner detailing the cars history, all refurbished receipts, and a clean South Carolina title in my name.This exemplary car has had a rotisserie nut and bold restoration including new steel brake and fuel lines, all suspension components, gas tank, and all brake system components. Please review the videos on Allison Seferian u-tube to see the details of the restoration.The sheet metal is all original, no panels have been replaced or repaired. The entire drive train was been removed so the rust free all original panel undercarriage could be painted back to the original factory red oxide primer including the detailed factory markings.All components including transmission, differential, brake assemblies etc have been rebuilt and detailed to perfection. Front steering and suspension also have been removed, rebuilt, and painted and detailed.The undercarriage is flawless. A tremendous amount of effort was taken to make every detail perfect. The steel wheels were media blasted, painted semi gloss black and fitted with Nos Hubcaps. Tires are brand new double red line radials.
The engine has been removed and rebuilt using original components. Has the hipo exhaust manifolds and cylinder heads with the "21" casting numbers.This is the 289,289hp engine(K) code with high performance camshaft and solid lifters. Uses the hipo crankshaft balancer and even has the original performance pyramid engine mounts. Original performance 5 blade cooling fan, shroud, and pulleys are intact. The engine has been painted and detailed to perfection. The original 600cfm manual choke carb has been rebuilt by champion mustang carbs of Texas and tuned. The interior is in fantastic condition with no wear at all. The seats, carpet, door panels, dash pad etc are in mint condition. All gauges, speedo, oil pressure, temperature, amp function properly including the clock and tachometer. The AM radio operates as it should and is the original unit.Heater and ventilation system operates like new, heater core has been replaced. Windshield wipers, turn signals, interior lights, dash lights function like new. All windows role up and down like new and door locks function as they should. Original glass is in very good condition. The factory fomoco white floor mats will be included in the sale. The trunk is painted body color as from the factory. Spare tire and jack with tools are their proper storage bags. Everything in its proper position and in top shape. This car performs flawlessly! Shifts through the gears with smooth transition and of course great power and acceleration.
