1966 Ford Mustang Additional Info:

1966 6 cylinder inline 200 cubic inch Mustang convertible with 3 speed C-4 automatic transmission., 100% concourse restoration. Restoration was completed July 2013, 7000 miles since restoration. Car was restored professionally by me, owner of Resurrections from Rust a first generation Mustang restoration and repair shop. Everything in the car was either rebuilt or replaced. Her name is Elizabeth Marie, she has taken two Golds at Mustang Club of America National shows and three top awards at Antique Auto Club of America National shows. She's has been on and had feature stories about her in both Mustang Times and Mustang Monthly magazines. She has also been featured on PowerNation and Travel Channel's 36Hours. During the six years I showed her she never took less than first place and won several best of shows. She was driven to all local shows and trailerd to the ones more than 100 miles, not because the car wasn't capable but because my back could not handle the long distances in the 60's era seat.
She has a blue & white Deluxe Interior also known as the "Pony Package" which included simulated wood grain steering wheel, instrument cluster and dash box cover. She also has a blue dash pad and carpeting. The convertible top is powered and a restored orignal ford under dash A/C system along with rebuilt Tecumseh compressor and works perfectly, all A/C lines are MCA approved. The tires including the spare are reproduction bias ply. All of the exterior chrome is Ford NOS. All reproduction parts used where by top brands such as TM, Scott Drake, American Wire and others. As mentioned there has been six years since it was restored and because it was driven to local car shows and events it will have the normal things that occur when driven on the road.
Why then if I own this wonderful car am I wanting to sell her? After six years of taking her to car shows and my business growing to where I have to work many weekends I just don't have time for her any more, I only took her to two local shows this entire car show season this year. Also I feel I have achieved all I could with her, being on the cover of National Mustang magazines and TV shows along with winning many, many trophies.
