360ci V8 runs very well. C6 automatic shifts positively. New water pump, radiator, distributor, Holley 500cfm carb. 17-gallon tank in rear with all new lines. Hope the pictures help illustrate no rotting, a very solid frame & body panels. Sound / heat deadening has been applied to entire cab floor and ceiling. Carpeting more of a 'mock up' than a custom kit. All exterior lights working fine, including hazards, foot-pedal high beams. Interior dashboard & cab lights new. Wipers & 12v cigarette lighter function great. 2 of the 3 exterior aluminum trim pieces missing on side come with the truck, as does OEM blue'360'air filter hat, Ford owners manual.
Reliable 50-year old truck that will always get you there. Drives at 70mph remarkably smoothly thanks to all new tires (including spare). Not a hard riding truck, it's surprisingly cushy and nicely dampened. Bench seat nicely sprung. Doors close with little effort and will clink shut. Manual steering and brakes, but I don't find it's not tiresome at all ! Before buying I priced a power steering conversion because of hesitation to the setup - But after driving and enjoying, I no longer consider it. There is nothing I would do mechanically before taking a trip.
