1967 Ford Mustang CONVERTIBLE Additional Info:

I'm selling my unrestored/mostly original 1967 Ford Mustang Convertible. It's a very original car that was brought up from Georgia in the 1970s. It was re-painted in 1977; that's when the black stripes were added to the car. The floor pans and rocker boxes are solid; the car has always been stored indoors. It has a few minor dents and dings as you would expect from a 52 year old unrestored car (you REALLY have to look to see them!), but it runs well and still looks very very nice. This car is a great driver, or a perfect car to restore if you desire. It has a power convertible top that functions properly. Manual steering and brakes, recent tune up on the 289 2bbl engine. Automatic Trans fluid and filter have also been changed, the transmission shifts smoothly. This car is very original. It has the Magnum 500 wheels. Original black interior and new steering wheel along with the factory push-button AM radio that still works! The door panels and dash bezel trim are new. An engine dress up kit was also installed, but I also have all the original parts boxed up and will include them with the car if you wish. The car has had a recent tune up and oil change, the car runs smoothly. I had the radiator replaced, along with new radiator hoses and the correct Ford hose clamps for the car (these will need to be put on, but that's a very simple thing to do). This Mustang does NOT overheat at all---which was a very common thing to happen to these cars, even brand new back in the '60s. All of the glass is intact--no cracks or chips. The front end has been totally re-done and all questionable parts replaced (with the exception of the front springs, so there is still a slight "squeak". Can be 100% eliminated with spring replacement; I never bothered with it as it's not terribly noticeable and doesn't affect the 'driveability'). It drives straight as an arrow. The drum brakes/pads have been recently replaced; will probably need a quick adjustment as is common with vintage drums.

This '67 Mustang convertible is a real head-turner at Cruise-Ins/Car Shows! It has taken a trophy or two for unrestored car classes!

Once again, please ask me any questions you may have on the car. Thanks for looking and good luck to you!

I will add more pictures soon as/if needed. Car is sold in "as is" condition. No warranties expressed or implied.
