'65 Ford Mustang all Original

We bought this vehicle from it's original owner in December of 2016, who had held onto it for over 50 years! For most of that time, it sat in their garage. I have no reason to believe the 77k of miles on the vehicle at the time we bought it was original. The paint is original except for the hood that was repaired many years ago. Since it's original, there are door dings, scratches, dents, etc., as you would expect. The engine is original and has not been rebuilt, but it runs just fine. We replaced the carb, replaced the alternator (during an epic backroad trip to Big Bend!), and put new tires on it (still in decent shape). We replaced the master cylinder, overhauled the transmission, new clutch, new wheel cylinders and bearings. In Sept. 2017, we had then had the entire suspension redone - front replaced, new leaf springs, pinion, axle seals, and bearings - professionally installed at House of Hot Rods. In December of 2017, we had a state-of-the art Bluetooth stereo system installed in the trunk with new speakers installed in the front dash and back deck. The system is all Bluetooth and completely hidden in the trunk (see pics). It's been driven regularly since we bought it and it's a nice, reliable Mustang for tooling around town.
