Take a look at this very nice 1965 Thunderbird convertible. The body is super nice and the re-chromed bumpers really shine! The body was painted in the correct Neptune Blue. The tires are in great shape and are radials. Original spinner hubcaps too. The stainless is nice and all the glass is clear. The top canvas should be replaced, but the top operation is very good and quick. No helping needed. A white tonneau cover is included to make it appear as a 2-seater. Not pictured. I can send you a pic if needed. Its a nice one. The car starts right up and the engine runs well. Good brakes. '65 had the disc brakes in the front vs the drums before.It might be time for a tune up. I haven't had the time to drive it much this summer. The original white vinyl interior is still holding up well. There is one small 4" seam separated on the driver's seat bottom, and the hand holds/pulls on the door panels have cracks on their corners. Very recent correct carpet, and an excellent no-crack dash complete the very good interior. The gauges are clear and they all work.The red-ribbon speedometer also works.The heater and defroster both work strongly and the 3-speed blower fan works. Has cruise but never tried it. The headlights, and turn signals work and so do the sequential rear taillights. The little amber lights blink inside the cones mounted atop each front fender. The turn signal lever does cancel itself once your driving straight again. Remote mirror works. Wipers and door locks work. All windows and vents operate well. The doors and hood open and shut nicely. The manual map light works. Both storage lids on the console work. Even the cigarette lighter works to charge your cell phone. It does have factory seat belts and the "FASTEN SEAT BELTS" red warning light works also. Remember: fasten seat belts for safety. The underside is very solid as you can see in the pics. The suspension does ride well and the radial tires help. Really does have a solid comfy ride This is a very nice solid '65 T-Bird. Put on a new black or white canvas and go cruising.
