1965 Ford Mustang Shelby Additional Info:

For Sale, 1965 Ford Mustang 2+2 Fastback. It has been tastefully modified to represent a 1966 Shelby GT-350. It has the proper quarter side glass installed, replacing the 1965 louvers. In addition is has the Shelby side brake vents. It is Wimbledon White with blue racing stripes covering the fiberglass hood, roof and deck lid. The interior is in great shape, all replacement pieces are from Mustangs Unlimited. The Shelby restoration includes Carroll Shelby's authentic signature on theglove-boxdoor and on the passenger visor!!!This beast is powered by an aluminum headed 347 Windsor, with close to 400 HP! It has Proform HEI electronic distributor with Ford Racing wires lighting off the fuel from a Holley carburetor. All this power goes back to a Four Speed Manual Transmission, shifted by a Hurst shifter with the classic "cue ball" shifter. The rear end is a Ford 9 inch with Shelby style traction bars. This car has less than 2,000 miles since its restoration. Please feel free to contact with any questions and I will do my very best to answer them. It has a very small oil drip, but what 50 year old car doesn’t.

I purchased this car onEBayjust over 2 years ago exactly as it sits today. I’ve changed the oil 1 time and have enjoyed driving it on the weekends.

This is a Shelby Tribute car, not an original Shelby. However it does have the look and a lot of key Shelby parts and attributes. The signatures really are Carroll Shelby’s.

The car must be paid for in full before it leaves my possession.
