I have a paper trail all the way back to the original owner.I do not have any additional parts.
I have this truck on non-operational status with the DMV. There is no back- fees owed and the title is clear. I put it on non-op due to receiving my grandpa's original owner 1968 from my father. This truck has been on non-op 1 month shy of a year.
There are rust holes on the right and left side of the roof. They do not leak water into the cab. As you can see the original headliner is in great condition. I believe the rust was caused from pine needles.
Cab floors, rocker panels, and fender aprons are solid.
Drivers side of seat has vinyl missing and therefore foam is exposed. Seat is still comfortable to sit on.
I drove the truck around the block a few months ago. It shifted at a higher rpm than normal from 1st to 2nd gear. I believe this is due to it sitting around. It probably needs a transmission fluid change. Besides that the truck drove nice.
The truck starts and runs nice. The dual exhaust sounds nice, and is around a year and half old. Before putting the truck on non-op, it was a reliable daily driver, and was driven on 2 hour plus trips.
I will be happy to assist the transport driver, if you decide to transport.I do know of a transport broker that I would recommend, if interested.
Thank you for your interest.
