1967 Ford Fairlane GTA Additional Info:

Exceptionally clean, catalog cover car. Real GT-A documented with Marti report. Has S in the vin which means this bad boy has the 390 motor. This is one of those cars that look better as a hardtop than a convertible. It has great lines. This one is exceptionally clean with some great features. EXTERIOR: It's a southern car, sold new in Georgia. I bought it in Nashville. The body is super clean and straight. Looks like the panels are original.... Bottom of the fenders are all metal, bottom of the doors are clean. Even around the wheel well lips you still see the factory spot welds. Show quality paint and it's original Springtime yellow color. It's polished with a very smooth glossy finish. Chrome on this car sparkles. All the trim, bumpers, moldings, emblems shine real bright. Has reproduction redline tires on new 14 X 7 chrome GT wheels, they look great on this car. Has original antenna, windshield is new. Door jambs are painted real sharp, has new weather strips. INTERIOR: Very nice and tidy inside. The upholstery is redone, seats are nice and firm. Console and plastic trim is excellent. Has the original seat belts front and back. Headliner and visors look new. All the interior lights work including in the console, doors and roof. New carpet and embroidered floormats. Has a nostalgic tachometer mounted to the column. ENGINE COMPARTMENT: This isn't your typical 390. With the help of Holman Moody performance this motor rocks. Has performance cam and intake by Holman. The carb is a hand built and tested premium AED 4 barrel. Has pro billet MSD ignition and a set of headers. It is dressed up with a really nice set of aluminum valve covers and finned oval air cleaner. The engine bay is perfectly clean metal with a nice satin black finish. Bottom of the hood is shiny yellow. Everything looks proper- has fan shroud, new wiper motor, auxiliary vacuum can and even the washer fluid bag. It also features power steering and power brakes. TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Very clean trunk compartment. The quarter panels look like they're the original. It is painted yellow. Has the plaid rubber mat, a complete jack and spare assembly. Bottom of the trunk lid and the jamb is glossy. Weatherstrip has been replaced, latches are detailed. UNDERSIDE: I'm under the car right now up on the lift. The floors and metal is super dry and clean. The inner quarters and rockers, frame rails all look real nice. I don't see any patches or weak spots. The entire front end is rebuilt: a-arms, ball joints and bushings. Everything is new in the front end and detailed. Transmission is a C-6, it looks fresh and has a chrome pan. In back the Ford 9-inch has new 390 posi. Upgraded with Caltrac tubular control arms and KYB gas shocks. Has a fat, but nicely bent exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers and a crossover pipe. Bottom of the motor looks brand new, has a high-torque starter. The framed deluxe Marti Report is included. It also comes with a binder of misc receipts and the Ford restoration catalog that it appears on the cover of. I love this car. The style, condition and the sound that motor makes gets me excited.
