1986 Ford Mustang SVO Additional Info:

Hello everyone and thank you for taking the time to view my 1986 Mustang SVO. This rare Shadow Blue (Code 7B) SVO is still wearing all of its factory original paint and has never had it's exterior resprayed. It's odometer is correct in showing that it has less than 13,000 original miles. It is an accident free SVO that looks even better underneath (if thatspossible). Upon first glance, the thing that jumps out the most about this car is the wheels. Yes,they're chromed. Love them, or hate them, they were chromed and installed by the original selling dealer. The inserts of these chrome oem wheels were originally white when I bought the car. The white neverlooked right to me, so I had them painted body color. To clarify, these Shadow Blue inserts that are wheel accents closest to the outside of the wheel, where the wheel meets the tire. There are no real flaws to discuss. There are no door dings oranything else that "needs" to be disclosed. Below, Iwill do the best of my ability to describe thisglorious 7B SVO.
EXTERIOR
I'veowned several SVOs over the years, includingsome of the best in the world. I don't say that lightly. The last two that I sold were also survivors and incredibly nice. At the time of me selling those, Ididn't own this car. This 7B in particular, is the nicest that I've ever owned, or even seen. It looks as if it belongs in a time capsule. The original paint, after a good detailing, shines as new and literally glows. The 7B Shadow Blue cars are considered by some to be the best color for the fox bodied Mustangs and there were only about 69 produced on the SVO. I say "about" because I've heard different figures, all the way up to 71 examples, but 69 seems to be the most accepted figure of numbers produced. The exterior of this SVO has been very well cared for andhas never been exposed to theelements. There are no spots or problems on the body that need to be addressed and there were only a few spots on the body that we touched up during the detailing. When I say touched up, this was done on a small amount of very tiny imperfections with the tip of a paint brush and was leveled during the paint correction. After the paintcorrection and buffing, this SVO was ceramic coated and it literally shines like new paint. This is one of the best exteriors that exists among the SVO survivor world and is even betterthan myjalapeño red 27 mile survivor car that I previously sold.
Interior
The interior is absolutely incredible as well. It looks as it did when it rolled off the assembly line. The only thing thatisn't factory original inside is the flocking on the dash. When I bought the car, the flocking was falling off of the dash, as with all SVOs thathaven't had their flocking corrected. The dash now looks as new along with everything else inside the car. There are no flaws, no cracks, no imperfections, or any other issues inside the car. Even all of the glass throughout the car is factory original. The seats show no wear, the dash shows no imperfections, the original floor mats look new, the steering wheel is flawless along with the shift knob along with pretty much everything else inside this amazing SVO.
Undercarriage and Engine Bay
The engine bay has been thoroughly cleaned, but showed no signs of leaks or anything of the sort. Noreplating was needed, but we did respray some eggshell black on a few surfaces that needed it. It was exceptional before I touched it, but after we finished it, this 2.3L Turbo car's engine bay looked as new. Underneath this SVO, you'll immediately notice that it is extremely clean and free of any leaks. I did clean it really well, but avoided any form ofreplating. The goldcadmium plating is still in good shape and the undercarriage appears as new. I did repaint the springs, anti sway bars, and a few other areas that were not as beautiful as they should be. This is and always has been a rust free car and the underbody reflects that. The floor pans are amazing, the brackets, bolts, and other bits that are prone to rusting, look absolutely excellent and everything is well preserved.

Final Thoughts
This SVO needs nothing, but a new owner. The buy it now price is listed, but all reasonable offers are encouraged. There is no way the next owner will be disappointed in this museum worthy Shadow Blue SVO. Thanks so much in advance for the interest. Please feelfree to ask any questions prior to making your offer. This car really is as good (or better) than it looks. Feel free to call or message me with any questions that you might have. My cell is 662-416-0900 and my name is Matt. Good luck and God bless.
